Kim McClelland brings years of experience working with charter schools, traditional school districts, and BOCES. She serves as the Executive Director of a medium-sized charter school in Colorado Springs, CO. Her expertise encompasses district and charter school leadership, school and district governance, high-quality mentoring and coaching, academic achievement, and the operational aspects and efficiencies of running charter schools and authorizer relations.
Glenn E. Gustafson, CPA, has extensive experience with traditional school districts in Colorado. He has served as the Deputy Superintendent and Chief Financial Officer of a large school district, worked as a School Finance Manager with the Colorado Department of Education (CDE), and acted as a contract Chief Financial Officer for several charter schools in the Pikes Peak region.
